HAMILTON COUNTY FAIR 2023

After a multiyear hiatus, Tennessee's Hamilton County Fair returned in 2023 with a new venue, a new team, and a new goal to reinvent itself into the region’s top event. LEO Events was asked to assist the Hamilton County Parks and Recreation Department with pre-event planning, logistics, and vendor management. 

Taking place over Veterans Day weekend, the three-day fair was a multifaceted event with headline entertainment, food trucks, local vendors, amusement rides, agricultural exhibits, a rodeo, sponsorship activations, and more. LEO Events managed more than 50 vendors, sponsors, and exhibitors over the course of the weekend. The projected attendance for the fair was far exceeded, over 40,000 people attended. Our client was thrilled with how everything turned out and plans to make next year’s fair even bigger and better.
