TENNESSEE INSURANCE COMPANY FAMILY FUN DAY

Over the past ten years, LEO Events has produced various events for a Tennessee based insurance company. This year, the company partnered with LEO Events to host a family fun day for all employees and their family members.

This event took place in Chattanooga, TN, at the headquarters, with an estimated 3,000 people in attendance. The purpose of the event was to promote community amongst employees and provide a family-friendly environment for everyone to enjoy.

With less than two months to organize the event, LEO Events was tasked with the challenge of concepting, planning, and executing a large-scale program designed for over 3,000 people while managing the client’s objective to provide its employees and their families with a Chattanooga-focused event with local organizations, local vendors, and local entertainment.

LEO Events successfully produced a locally focused event through a partnership with the Chattanooga Zoo, a performance by a local band, and photo ops with mascots of the Chattanooga baseball and soccer teams. In keeping with the family-friendly environment, LEO also provided traditional carnival-style entertainment like face painters, magicians, pinwheel craft stations, roaming Disney characters, and caricature artists.
