As an Account Executive for LEO Events, Airika puts her innate love of planning, her focused attention to the finest of details, and her gracious customer-service skills to work for to bring our clients’ visions for their signature events to life. She joined LEO in 2013, and since then has been responsible for the success of more than 300 events for clients such as MAA, Merkle Inc., Krone North America, nexAir and The National Civil Rights Museum to name a few.

Airika holds a bachelor's degree in public relations and minor in advertising. She received her first taste of the event industry while interning with Outstanding Productions Destination Management Company in Dallas. Working in special events at the University of Texas, Airika developed her keen business skills and operational knowledge, while creating and executing events for some of Dallas’ most well-known philanthropists and VIPs. After three years there, she relocated to the Bluff City and joined the LEO team as event services manager.

She’s been unstoppable since. In fact, in 2013, she graduated from the New Memphis Institute’s Leadership Program, Embark. Special Event Magazine named Airika one of “25 Young Event Professionals to Watch”. She is recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Association of Destination Management Executives (ADME) – as well as one of the top ten “Young Memphis” professionals under 30 to watch by the Memphis Chamber of Commerce. In 2016, she was named a Top 40 under 40 honoree by the Memphis Business Journal.

When not working, Airika can be found frequenting the many chef-owned restaurants in the city, or out enjoying all Memphis has to offer with her husband, Tanner.
